I work with established businesses and step in as a strategic partner for social media. My role is to bring structure, creative direction, and consistency to how content is planned, produced, and managed.

Strategic Direction
Strategy includes defining the role of each platform, clarifying audience pain points, refining brand voice, and aligning content pillars with your overall marketing funnel.
This is not a one-time document. Strategy evolves based on performance data, real feedback, and intentional testing. Each month, I refine what’s working, adjust what’s not, and introduce new ideas so your content stays aligned as your business grows.
Content Approach
Content is planned around one primary platform that serves as the central channel for performance and community engagement.
Each month includes 20 pieces of content, created with the primary platform in mind first.
Once strategy is established, I build a strategic content calendar aligned with your goals and content themes.
Before anything is created, you receive a clear content ideation plan outlining what we’re posting and why, ensuring alignment from the start.
Content is then thoughtfully adapted and cross-promoted across relevant platforms to extend reach and maintain brand consistency.
All managed channels are actively monitored and engaged with, while deeper community-building and outbound engagement are focused on the primary platform.
As your accounts grow or priorities shift, additional focus platforms, increased content volume, and expanded scope can be layered in through custom packages.

LinkedIn personal brand management is offered as a separate package, as posting to personal profiles requires a distinct strategy, positioning, and content approach from business pages.
Creative Execution
Once direction is approved, I bring the strategy to life through thoughtful, on-brand execution.
Local creative access: Businesses within 15 miles of Burlington, CT receive complimentary monthly on-site content sessions as needed to capture photos and short-form video for the month ahead. This allows me to be hands-on, directing and filming in real time so content stays relevant and never feels forced.
For clients outside the local radius, content is captured by your team with my guidance or through a custom on-site content day built around your needs. To make filming seamless, I provide strategic direction, trending video concepts, and scripting so everything we create stays intentional and current.
All video editing, graphic design, and final asset delivery are handled by me to ensure consistency across every touchpoint.
Travel outside the 15-mile radius is available. Custom pricing for on-site content days is discussed based on location, scope, and production needs.
Distribution & Brand Presence
Once content is approved, I manage your social media end to end. This includes scheduling and publishing content, monitoring comments and inbox messages, and maintaining an active presence across agreed-upon platforms.
Content is strategically distributed using a cross-posting approach, with platforms selected during discovery based on what best supports your business.
Community engagement is handled with intention to protect brand voice, build trust, and create meaningful visibility within your niche.
Performance Review & Optimization
Once per month, we meet to review performance, align on priorities, and plan what’s next. We analyze what content performed best, identify patterns, and decide what to refine, repeat, or test moving forward.
These check-ins also include planning for upcoming promotions, launches, or events, along with collaborative brainstorming to inform future content calendars. This keeps your social media tied directly to business goals—not just content output.

The base social media management package outlined above is $2,250 per month.
