It all started with a broken necklace.

I started my first business in 2018, Made by Caitlyn, creating ocean-inspired jewelry. While I enjoyed the creative process, what stood out most was building a community around the brand. Through short-form video and thoughtful messaging, I grew an engaged audience and drove sales organically.

That experience led me to launch Caitlyn Grad Marketing, where I now lead social media for businesses ready to grow with intention. I partner with founders and teams to shape content strategy, direction, and execution, ensuring social media supports real business goals. My work has always been rooted in following what excites me and helping others share what they do best.
